Clean, modern and guests are welcomed - different tiny things accessible for better stay.
Although instructions are clear how to checkin, yet - from underground parking it was not said how to get into apartment building. Business is business as company owns the place - nobody had taken the apartment for next day and we needed 2h later check out due to work meetings. Later checkout was refused, yet we could reserve the second night for half price. Even when we said - we can pay a little extra for later checkout… no only if we pay for full 24h, we can stay. This makes the difference between individual owners and companies who just make money.
