We spent a night at the Berber camp Merzouga. It was one of the best experiences we have ever had on a trip. The accommodations are comfortable - electricity and hot water, we were in a luxury tent in the desert so I was happy to have my flush toilet, sink, and shower). We went on a camel trek, ATVing (DO NOT MISS DOING THIS. IT'S AWESOME), Sandboarding (so fun! Even for those who just sat on our behinds and slid down the dunes), and stargazing. The setting is incredible and the staff is lovely and helpful. We will go back!
