It was easy to contact the staff via message or phone. They were friendly and accommodating. The property is very spacious, quiet, close to everything you need. They had lots of dishes, cups, plates etc even a lovely new coffee machine. There was a welcome pack on arrival that included some goodies and things you need like glad wrap, oil, salt which was very thoughtful.
There is only one air conditioner and it is in the lounge so it does not reach the bedrooms. It would be better if there was a shade cover over the pool area as there is no shade at all on the roof.

The size of the bedrooms,the kitchen facilities,the complimentry nibbles and the lounge area.
No air conditioning ,the television not working properly,the BBQ was rusted and did not look like it was fit for use and that too much light in the bedrooms due to gaps in the verticals,need blackout curtains. Also a 3 bedroom unit with one parking spot.
