From the moment we arrived, everything went smoothly. The check-in process was easy and hassle-free. The place is quiet and perfect for resting, which we really appreciated.
We especially enjoyed how close it is to the mountains and hiking trails — being surrounded by nature made the experience even more special. The room matched the listing description, simple but in good condition, and had everything we needed. We were able to cook without any issues, and the space was clean and well maintained.
The nights were cold, but the heater worked well and kept us comfortable. Overall, it was a very good experience, with the mountain right by our side. The location is very convenient — grocery stores are within walking distance, and we had no trouble walking to and from the property.
There was a minor issue with a nearby washing machine, but after reaching out to the manager, it was quickly addressed and resolved. We appreciated the responsiveness.

As it happened, I did have a lot of writing to do and the Writer's Room was perfect for that. It was such a cute room with everything you need, I enjoyed it more than most of the places I've lived! Like seriously wouldn't mind living there lol. Didn't utilize the main house/pool but it looked lovely and what a view! The location was ideal and the fact that I could walk right onto the Airport Loop Trail was an added bonus.
Only reason it didn't get 10/10 for cleanliness was the ants and bugs that would occasionally get in but it wasn't a bother. The portable AC unit kept the room cool but since it wasn't facing the bed then you definitely needed to use the extra fans provided to circulate the cool air at night to sleep. I tried using the tall standing one but it kept shutting off. The smaller fans probably would've done the trick. Also, the automatic lock took a minute to kick in both coming and going and there were a couple times where I would come in and shut the door, thinking it was shut and thus locked and it would pop open minutes later. That was the only reason it didn't get 10/10 for comfort.

Nice space with everything we needed for our short stay. Very convenient and easy to get to location.
It was a little confusing which areas were available for us, and which were not. The booking.com site mentioned being able to drop off bags and lounge by the pool if you arrive early, but when we arrived it was unclear if the pool area was for all rooms on the property (multiple entry gates to this area exist), or just for the large unit with direct access to the pool. A binder that clarifies that would be useful. Not a big thing, and didn't detract from our stay.

Great location, beautiful view from the pool.
Maintenance of the facilities was less than desirable. Steps needed repairing, gates were worn, paint was peeling in places, and the hot tub didn’t get hot.
