Excellent location with balcony overlooking the rice fields. Excellent shower. Good warm blankets for the cold nights.

Breakfast hit and miss and was too English for our taste.

Wonderful staff and great food at the restaurant. Nice shady balcony to enjoy the view.

You do get a small amount of road noise as the bungalows back onto a road

The place is located in front of the village and has parking. The bedding is okay and clean, but if you go during chilly weather, you should prepare warm enough pajamas or bring extra blankets. Breakfast options are available, including rice porridge, bread, boiled eggs, and fruit, which can be eaten in the shop.

All the electrical outlets in the room are two-prong. There's one extension cord provided, but it has three-prong plugs, so there are no outlets that work. I wonder why it's there.

We liked staying there. Amazing views surrounded by mountains. The cottage is simple but comfortable and cozy. A balcony outside with table and chairs overlooking the fields. We were warm inside, enough blankets. Hot nice shower. The homestay belongs to the restaurant just 1 minute ahead run by super friendly Karen family. Breakfast included fresh fruits, coffee, tea, eggs and a delicious local-style rice soup. Pick-up service from Chiang Mai airport. Communication with them through Booking chat was fast and easy. In person we were using Google Translator.

Some noise from the road, also dogs noise and some motorbikes at night. But it is the same for all the homestays around. This was the only reason why we don't rate higher. In this area they use gas heaters for the shower which can be dangerous
