Lovely studio fully equipped near subway N3

Havia obras em cuso durante a minha estadia, o barulho das maquinas e marteladas, incomodou.

Great location close to the metro, buses, and supermarkets. The airport is a half-hour walk away. Planes fly overhead, but we were prepared for that; their noise isn't that bad at night. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, the TV was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, we heated a little with air conditioning because it was chilly

I don't want to add photos of the stained walls; the owners already know about it. The room is extremely humid, and the towels don't dry after a shower. The biggest problem for us is the renovations in the building, which involve using a drill from morning until evening, except on weekends. I saw a review from someone last year about this, but I thought the renovations were finished. We weren't warned, which is unfortunate; we told the owner about it. If you leave early and come back in the evening, you won't care about this. But keep in mind that you won't be able to sleep during the afternoon. One of the electric bikes offered for rent had a flat rear tire all week

Le personnel qui est présent tous les jours était très sympa et répondait à chacune de nos requêtes. Le propriétaire était réactif et a donné le nécessaire pour notre arrivée. L’espace commun est chaleureux et on a retrouvé des commerçants + restaurant aux alentours.

L’humidité et les champignons sur le mur. C’est dommage car la chambre est bien équipée.
