La zona es muy tranquila. Calle sin tráfico. La limpieza del apartamento era excepcional. Todo tipo de electrodomésticos y accesorios necesarios. Cerca del metro.
El extractor del baño hace bastante ruido. Un único espacio de dormitorio y sala.

Clean & tidy apartment with fully equipped kitchen, 5min walk to subway station & Lidl supermarket, quiet even if it’s ground floor & beside the road, host Mr Jose is friendly & helpful
TV is tiny & installed too high, mobile heater is too small to keep the room warm during winter, power tripped when heater & electric kettle worked at the same time, exhaust fan in bathroom gets very noisy after 10min, hot water was not even enough for 2 persons’ shower, too bad bath tub could not be enjoyed

La persona que nos atendió fue muy amable y cordial. Tuvimos algún problema imprevisto que se solucionó de manera rápida y eficiente. Muy cerca de comercios y de la estación de metro. Una buena opción para una larga estancia.
Aunque el barrio no es un sitio ruidoso, al ser un bajo, por la noche se escuchaban bastante los sonidos de la calle. No obstante, no es un problema a no ser que tengas el sueño ligero.
