Studio calme et lumineux près de la gare

Cozy little apartment in a location that was perfect for me and will be perfect for many, right by the metro and a few minutes' walk from the train station, in a pleasant residential neighborhood. The studio is at the ground floor, it is easy to retrieve the key and deal with entry/exit. It is small but perfect for one person or maybe a couple, and it has amenities such as a washing machine, kitchen, kitchen supplies, fridge, etc. Benjamin was friendly and great to communicate with.

Everything was fine. Don't expect something fancy, and it is a small studio on the ground floor, but it has all the amenities you need, and the price for my stay was reasonable.

Aucun contact avec le propriétaire sauf une multitude de mails identiques. Pas d'instruction pour le canapé lit. Les draps ni les serviettes à disposition. Il faut chercher

Posizione eccezionale per chi si sposta con i mezzi pubblici, anche per visitare i dintorni (Carcassonne, Albi), in quanto si trova a cinque minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro e a dieci minuti dalla stazione dei treni Matabiau. Il centro si può raggiungere in circa 20/25 minuti a piedi o con poche fermate della metro. L’host e’ molto cordiale e disponibile. L’appartamento è piccolo ma pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario. Occorre dare una pre autorizzazione tramite carta di credito (500 euro) a titolo di garanzia; non viene fatto nessun addebito e l’autorizzazione viene sbloccata entro pochi giorni una volta verificato che al check out sia tutto in ordine.
