O apartamento é confortável e bem equipado. Comporta bem uma família de 4 pessoas.
O colchão de casal é muito duro e o banheiro as vezes apresenta um mal cheiro forte.

Fica a poucos metros da praia. 10 minutos do aeroporto de Vitória.
Ao chegar no flat.Na recepção fiquei um pouco garrada na entrada,pois o moço da recepção não estava com meus dados. Como eu havia conversado e pagado o flat. Já Pensei q era só chegar e pegar a chave e entrar! Mas não foi bem assim! Cheguei e ainda tive q entrar em contato com o dono do flat pra ele entrar em contato com recepção do flat para autorizar o quarto pra mim. Foi meio constrangedor! Pois meu nome não estava no agendamento da recepção.
