Ładny czysty dom, świetny basen, leżaki przy basenie, możliwość parkowania samochodu, bardzo miły właściciel, blisko sklepy. Świetne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania zachodniej Toskanii
Hałasy z sąsiedztwa dzień i w nocy, również w weekend... Ze względu na hałasy, zapachy (dym) okna musiały być zamknięte przez cały czas, przez co w domu było gorąco w nocy i ciemno w dzień. Brak wieszaków w łazience. Brak ekspresu do kawy.
