Splendid independent house of about 80sqm. Inside the Casale degli Zizzoli. Accommodates 6 people comfortably. Perfect for those who travel by car / motorbike and arrive from Pisa airport, just 15 km away. Close to the most famous Tuscan cities of art such as Lucca, Florence, Volterra, S. Gemignano, Siena and the sea . The house is served by public transport at 2.5 km we find the station and the bus stop. There is a beautiful swimming pool to spend days in complete relaxation with Jacuzzi.
What makes our home unparalleled is the tranquility and silence combined with the ability to quickly reach places of art, culture, sports, the sea and the liveliest social and nightlife. Beautiful trails in the surrounding area for walking or cycling.The house is surprising in spring with the explosion of the colors of the countryside, relaxing and cool in summer thanks to the breeze coming from the sea, fantastic in autumn when the weather is still mild, fascinating in winter, immersed in the lights and Christmas decorations .
Our relaxation area with swimming pool with deck chairs and umbrellas and a Jacuzzi will make your stay fantastic.Ceilings with exposed beams.Furnished with care and functionality.It comfortably accommodates 6 people, two large double bedrooms furnished with love. A bright living room with a large and functional kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee stain, electric kettle for tea and herbal teas. Everything you need to cook and set, with access to the garden where you can dine being fully equipped with table, chairs and sofas to make your stay even more relaxing. Also in the living room we find a very practical and comfortable double sofa bed. TV. Dining table. Conditioners. Two bathrooms with shower. Internet WI-FI. Garden table, BBQ. Washer and dryer. Iron .. Free private parking in front of the house inside our olive grove. Free WI-FI, BBQ and table in the garden, park with children's games, beautiful swimming pool with umbrellas and deck chairs to spend days in complete relaxation with a Jacuzzi for hydromassage with hot water up to 40 degrees. Cleane and cosy house, combination of modern and traditional. The children loved playing in the garden (safe and large). Quiet place with facilities nearby and kind host with good service if we had a request. It was nice to be close at the airport without any noise of airplanes

Everything is ok . Nice hist . Very helpful. Airco was a biggg plus , as was the pool . Kitchen well equipped.

We had a wonderful stay here. We stayed for a week with our 2 year old and it was perfect for us. It's ideally located to get to from Pisa airport and within reach of so many great places. Matteo and his family greeted us so warmly and were very sweet to our toddler, they had provided everything we needed for her. They also let us use their beach loungers on the coast for an afternoon. The pool is great and the apartment has everything you need, including everything you need for cooking. Definitely take mosquito spray though as we were eaten alive! Would stay again for sure, we loved it.
