This was, without question, one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. During my entire 4-day stay, I could not find a single proper meal. The food quality was consistently poor, the variety was extremely limited, and dining became something I dreaded rather than enjoyed.
The staff were often rude, dismissive, and showed little interest in helping guests. Hospitality seemed to be completely absent. Instead of focusing on guest satisfaction, it felt as though the hotel was focused on extracting as much money as possible through additional charges and paid services.
What makes this even more disappointing is that I have stayed in several 2-star hotels that provided significantly better food, service, and overall hospitality than this property. That should never be the case.
I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and genuinely shocked by how poor the overall experience was. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would never consider staying here again.
هذه بلا شك واحدة من أسوأ تجارب الإقامة الفندقية التي مررت بها على الإطلاق. طوال فترة إقامتي التي استمرت 4 أيام، لم أتمكن من الحصول على وجبة واحدة يمكن وصفها بأنها جيدة أو حتى مقبولة. كانت جودة الطعام سيئة باستمرار، والتنوع محدودًا للغاية، لدرجة أن تناول الطعام أصبح جزءًا مزعجًا من الإقامة.
أما تعامل الموظفين فكان في كثير من الأحيان فظًا وغير متعاون، مع غياب واضح لمفهوم الضيافة أو الاهتمام براحة النزلاء. وبدلًا من التركيز على تقديم تجربة جيدة للضيوف، كان الانطباع السائد أن الهدف الرئيسي هو تحصيل المزيد من الأموال من خلال الرسوم والخدمات الإضافية.
الأمر الأكثر إحباطًا أنني أقمت سابقًا في فنادق ذات تصنيف نجمتين وكانت الخدمة والطعام ومستوى الضيافة فيها أفضل بكثير من هذا الفندق. وهذا أمر لا يمكن تبريره.
غادرت الفندق وأنا أشعر بخيبة أمل كبيرة واستياء شديد من مستوى الخدمة والتجربة بشكل عام. لا أوصي بهذا الفندق إطلاقًا، ولن أفكر في الإقامة فيه مرة أخرى.
