The modern house with two separate apartments is on a one-way street without traffic in a quiet neighbourhood, and is therefore ideal for families with children, who can move around safely and freely here.
The apartment has a private, shaded balcony, looking straight down towards the 40m² pool, the lounging area and the well-tended garden. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and an elegant rainforest outdoor shower for your convenience. The roofed dining space with a grill next to the pool invites you to enjoy leisurely dinners at sunset. Right in front of the villa there are secure parking spaces on the enclosed site. These communal areas are shared with guests at the second apartment on the ground floor.
