Appartamento da 9-10 e l'accoglienza del padrone di casa è stata buona, persona simpatica che cercava di farsi capire in Italiano. PECCATO che ad un certo punto si è affacciata dall'ultimo piano una signora, penso fosse la moglie, CHE HA INIZIATO A CHIEDERCI SE CI POTESSIMO FERMARE PIU NOTTI, QuANDO LE ABBIAMO DETTO CHE CI SAREMO FERMATI UNA NOTTE COME DA PRENOTAZIONE, HA INZIATO A CHIEDECI DEL DENARO AGGIUNTIVO DICENDO CHE È NORMALE PER UNA NOTTE PAGARE IL DOPPIO DELLA TARIFFA E CHE ALTRE PERSONE LE AVEVANO DATO QJALCOSA A LEI DIRETTAMENTE OLTRE A QUELLO PAGATO DA BOOKING. Eine Unterkunft perfekt für Familien uns Auspunktsgang für tolle Ausflüge

Sehr sauber, sehr komfortabel und ein sehr netter Vermieter der einem auch Tips bezüglich Essen und Ausflüge rund um Banjole gibt. Die Unterkunft bietet u.a. Grillausstattung, Klimaanlagen, uvm. In der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker. Essen schmeckt vor allem bei Sidro und Teza sehr gut. Der nahe gelegte Strand ist sehr Kinderfreundlich. Der andere Strand ist gut zum Schnorcheln, Essen gehen und Aussicht genießen. Nähe Medulin und Kap Kamenjak, was für uns persönlich wichtig war.

Fantasztikus, gyönyörű apartman, nyugodt környezetben, a legkedvesebb házigazdákkal.

Csendes, nyugodt környéken lévő tiszta, tágas, jól felszerelt apartman. A környéken többféle strand megtalálható. A szállásra előbb érkeztünk, amit előre jeleztünk. A Smitran család szívélyesen fogadott és a tartózodásunk alatt nagyon segítőkészek, kedvesek voltak velünk. Ez a szállás minden igénynek megfelel, csak ajánlani tudjuk mindenkinek. Lehetőség szerint még mi is szívesen visszamennénk.

Нам понравилось всё. Парковка приватная , под оливковым деревом. У нас было 2 балкона, один маленький сушить белье и другой с двумя креслами и столиком, 2 кондиционера( в спальне и на кухне)Это очень удобно. Хозяева очень дружелюбные и отзывчивые на просьбы. 1 раз в неделю меняется белье и полотенца. Посуды достаточно, кухня выше всяких похвал. Есть смарт ТВ. Очень большой телевизор. Иногда даже в отпуске хочется глянуть фильм🙃 Есть 2 больших зеркала в полный рост. Женщинам это важно 😊Кровать очень удобная. Матрасы высокие. Квартира соответствует фотографиям. Расположение в принципе удобное. Рядом есть маленький магазинчик, пекарня, несколько ресторанчиков. Мы были в ресторане Сидро. Вкусно, но дороговато. Рядом есть пляж Lion. Пляж подходит для детей. Но Вода почти не прозрачная. Если пойти в другую сторону, под соснами можно найти несколько диких пляжей. Если вы решите пойти дальше, то там вы найдёте пляж Центинера с прозрачной водой, кафе, и всеми удобствами. Нам понадобилось 10 минут до него. У нас был отличный отпуск. Спасибо Джорджо и его жене 😊

Great vacation!!!

Absolutely fine location, nice, clean with all that you need to enjoy a family vacation. It's well situated in the center of Banjole, with a supermarket at minutes by walking, restaurants, even one with a Michelin star. There are many beaches for all tastes ( small, large or very intimate ) at minutes away from the accommodation. So...if we decide to go once more to Banjole, this will be our first choice!

Brand new, stylish apartment with great host

Djordjo is a great host, very kind and helpful. The apartments are brand new, comfortable, nicely equipped, with a huge parking lot in back yard. Beaches are about 500 meters away, while the location is 10 minutes by car from Pula and 15min to Premantura. All in all, great value for money.

Traffic quite busy until 22-23h (luckily, only the living room is looking at the street, while the bedrooms are on the other side)
