75 m² cottage located in the heart of the countryside where pets are welcome.
Ground floor: Fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, 3-burner gas hob and 1 electric hob). Living room with pellet stove, a sofa with two seats and two armchairs, 80cm TV, Wi-Fi (fiber optic).
Separate WC (macerator toilet). Bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, bathroom with bathtub (shower screen), sink, and washing machine.
Upstairs: Mezzanine with reading nook, two small bedrooms with sloping ceilings, each with a 90x190cm bed. Cot and high chair available.
Adjoining 50 m² terrace, not overlooked, adjoining the cottage, with garden furniture and barbecue. Two private parking spaces in front of the cottage.
All-inclusive cottage: utilities, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. Two bags of pellets are provided per week for the wood-burning stove.
Located 5 km from the Val Joly Tourist Resort, 15 km from the Sars-Poteries Glass Museum, and 30 km from Maubeuge, Eppe-Sauvage sits on the Belgian border in the heart of the Avesnois Regional Natural Park. The town was once home to a seigneury, a testament to the village's long history.
Today, the green and peaceful village of Eppe-Sauvage owes its renown to the large Val Joly tourist resort, nestled in the heart of the forest and bordering a 180-hectare lake.
