A peaceful stay close to Pairi Daiza

We had a fantastic stay, the purpose of our booking was to visit Pairi Daiza and it couldn't have been closer! The kids were so happy here, they loved the garden space and spent a lot of time looking at all of the animals too! We hired the Nordic spa for our stay too and that really was amazing. Hosts didn't speak any English but that was fine as we communicated through translate. All in all a wonderful stay!

It was a lovely tranquil place to stay while we visited Pairi Daiza Zoo. The hot tub was a big hit and there was a lovely outside area that we could enjoy the sunshine. Lovely animals to say hello to too!

Others have said this, but the toilet took a bit of getting used to!

Hidden gem

Jacuzzi, private garden with tall hedges, hard mattress, cosy, good shower, outdoor furniture, quality crockery, outdoor toys for kids, lots of wood interior, friendly host. The entrance to the drive/car park could do with a sign.

Dry eco toilet. I wouldn't want to stay there for a week, though some people might not mind. I don't know how often the toilet is refreshed during a stay. Just be aware this would not suit someone with mobility issues.

Emplacement calme et proche de Pairi Daiza, 10 min à pied. Bain nordique très appréciable pour se réchauffer en plein février et après une journée au parc. Super en famille.

Pas beaucoup de possibilités pour se restaurer autour, prevoir de quoi se faire à manger ou faire quelques kilomètres pour trouver un resto.

Fijn voor de honden maar niet voor ons.

Wij zijn hier 1 nachtje geweest tijdens oud en nieuw. De ruime tuin die omheind is was voor onze honden heel fijn. Geen vuurwerk dus ook voor de honden erg fijn. Verder was de accomodatie schoon. Hottub bleek jacuzzi. Later in de avond toen wij wat problemen ondervonden met de hottub kwam er een vlaamse man bij voor de communicatie dat was erg prettig.

Wij hadden de accomodatie gehuurd vanwege de hottub. Vooraf kregen we vage emails over dat de accomodatie dubbel verhuurd was... alle contact gaat in het frans. Dame waar wij contact mee hadden spreekt geen Nederlands of engels. Uiteindelijk gaf de dame aan dat ze een oplossing had en dat wij toch konden komen. De accomodatie konden wij specht vinden maar de omgeving is wel mooi. Het huisje is niet comfortabel. Klapstoeltjes om op de zitten en geen sfeerverlichting of iets. Om een soort van relax te hangen hebben wij op het 1 pers. Bed gezeten maar dat was ook niet comfortabel. Hottub vonden wij niet erg schoon en hebben dat gemeld en die vlaamse man gaf aan dat het bad elke dag schoon gemaakt word.... bed kraakte goed 😁 Uiteindelijk was het voor de honden een super fijn verblijf maar wij zouden hier niet meer heen komen.

Fantastisch!

De hottub, de ingesloten tuin en de locatie (zo dicht bij Pari Daiza!) waren fantastisch. Ook de dieren waren een pluspunt. Verder was ook alles aanwezig in het huisje. We hebben er ook zalig geslapen.

De WC was wennen, maar dat wisten we op voorhand.

Alles. Zalige hot tub, vriendelijke familiale sfeer, perfecte uitvalsbasis om Pairi daiza te bezoeken en daarna naar rust terug te keren.

De ecologische toilet was even wennen, maar dat weet je op voorhand, dus helemaal ok.

Idealno za obisk Pairi Daize

Hiška je bila zelo simpatična, čista in dovolj prostorna za 3 osebe. WC nas je malo presenetil, saj ni bilo klasičnega izplakovanja z vodo, temveč je šlo za suhi kompostni WC. Poleg stranišča je bilo vedro s sekanci, s katerimi po uporabi prekriješ odpad. A sistem je dobro deloval, brez neprijetnih vonjav in je okolju prijazno 😉. Všeč nam je bil zaseben, ogromen vrt, kjer smo bili postreženi z dobrim zajtrkom - več vrst peciva, svež kruh, maslo in domača marmelada ter svež pomarančni sok. Če je vaš namen obisk Pairi Daize, je lokacija idealna - le 5 min peš stran.

V vasi ni nobene restavracije in trgovine in če si brez lastnega prevoza (če prideš z vlakom), je to precej neugodno. Lastnica ne govori angleško, tako da je sporazumevanje malce težje. Sporazmevali smo se preko Google translate, vendar to vzame precej časa...

Prima voor 1 nacht

De liggen ten opzichte van de dierentuin Praia Daiza is perfect. Mooie grote tuin waar je privé zit. Airco aanwezig.

Vanwege de regen konden we niet buiten zitten, binnen kon je niet echt comfortabel zitten. Het toilet vonden we toch wel een dingetje met dat zaagsel. Jammer dat er apart 40 euro betaald moest worden voor de hottub.

Ideaal verblijf voor bezoek Pairi Daiza.

Hier overnacht om Pairi Daiza te bezoeken. Ideaal gelegen op 5-10 minuten lopen van deze mooie dierentuin. Vriendelijke en behulpzame host en nette accommodatie met veel privacy. Leuk dat er nog wat dieren rondliepen.

Weinig zitruimte binnen bij slecht weer. Een normale WC is fijner dan een compost WC maar we wisten van te voren dat het een compost WC was. Stonk overigens niet echt.

Absolute aanrader!

Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Ondanks de taaldrempel (zij spreekt Frans en wij niet) geduldig en middels translate op de telefoon werd alles verteld wat nodig was! De accomodatie is gerieflijk en gezellig. Alles is voorhanden, van theedoek tot magnetron en Van bestek tot extra dekens! De privacy in de beschutte tuin is bijzonder prettig en je kunt, tegen bijbetaling, genieten in de hottub!

Het toilet was even wennen.... Op zich prima, maar het wordt niet doorgespoeld. Daar voor in de plaats dek je met houtschaafsel je "producten" af. Het was even wennen... Maar het toilet wordt dagelijks geleegd en het schaafsel aangevuld.

Excellent logement

Ambiance très cosy. C'est très proche du Pairi Daiza, donc idéal pour les visiteurs. Le logement est équipé de tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Il y a également le chauffage ou la climatisation si besoin. La dame qui nous a accueillis était très agréable et nous a tout expliqué comme il faut.

Onze pipowagen bevond zich 100m verder gelegen van de parking, echter moesten we door een moerassig grasveld te voet lopen door de hevige regenval.

Super hébergement atypique pour visiter Pairi Daiza. je conseille.

À 2 pas du zoo Pairi Daiza (moins de un km à pied) une jolie roulotte super bien aménagée ou rien ne manque dans un jolie cadre de verdure (terrasse, barbecue, jeux, spa gonflable...) une hôte super sympa. Endroit Calme et idéal pour aller au zoo en évitant les embouteillages.
