الفله نظيفه حيث يتم تنظيفها يومياً والمسؤولين عن الفله متعاونين حيث طلبتهم سائق وفي غضون ربع ساعه تم توفير السائق وفي أحد الليالي انقطعت الكهرباء وتم التواصل مع المسؤوله وفي خلال دقائق عادت الكهربا وفي الليله الأخيره انقطعت المياه وتم التواصل مع المسؤولين وكانوا متواجدين في الفله وقاموا بحل المشكله صحيح اخذت بعض الوقت لكن عادت المياه كذلك طلبتهم غسل الملابس اخذوها وتم الغسيل والكي في خلال ساعتين.
تواجد حشرات صغيره مزعجه دخلت في امتعتنا ولم تترك شي لم تدخل فيه حتى انها انتقلت معانا لباندونق . وفي الليل اصوات الضفادع وبعض الحيوانات عاليه طبعاً قادمه من خارج الفيلا.

As a family of four, we had an amazing stay. The villa was incredibly clean and comfortable. Whenever we had a request, sending a quick message was enough, and it was promptly addressed. Gede and Kunik are very friendly and welcoming people, always ready to help. The villa itself is stunning and spacious. The private pool is extremely comfortable and exclusively yours. It is completely secluded, so you can relax without any worries.
We rented a car, so transportation was not an issue for us—it’s a 15-minute drive to the center. If you rent a motorbike, you can reach the center in 10 minutes, but walking might be challenging. There is a designated spot for motorbikes in front of the villa.
We had a wonderful 10-day stay. If I visit again, I will definitely stay at Glucks Villa. Thanks again for everything, Gede and Kunik! ☺️
