bedroom (double bed 140 x 190 cm with blanket),
bathroom with bathtub and double vanity,
separate WC.
- First floor:
Landing with reading area and children's play area,
bedroom (single bed with a new wool mattress and blanket),
bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm with blanket, child's bed) with washbasin and dressing room.
Unfenced 7000 m² garden with trees and orchard. Carport and bicycle storage (bicycles available). Electric vehicle charging station available 100 meters away (extra charge).
Bed linen is mandatory for business travelers. The Gîte Marcel is the name given to the Denis family in memory of their ancestor who lived in this family home. At the end of a quiet country road, you'll find yourself in a peaceful, natural setting. Hiking trails start right from the cottage, and all amenities are 2 km away. Don't miss a visit to the Grand Hazé marsh by taking the greenway.
