Posizione ottima, quartiere pieno di tutti i servizi, due fermate metro a pochi passi. Appartamento con stanze molto comode e grandi. Ritirare le chiavi è facilissimo, siamo entrati anche prima dell'orario previsto per il check in. Gestori molto disponibili, anche se non ci siamo mai incontrati. Appartamento pulito, disponibile asciugamano e sapone monouso in bagno.
Durante la notte si sentono i rumori delle auto che passano sotto, i bagni e la cucina sono molto piccoli, ma non più piccoli della media delle case che si trovano in giro. Scala a chiocciola un po' scomoda per arrivare ai piani superiori dove sono le stanze.
