Location was good. Facilities clean. Prompt replies from staffs whenever we encounter any issues.
Beds were comfy. Clean towels provided in each room.
1)The hassle for verification process which could be made simpler
2)Having to register each time we have to enter the premises

The house is quite big and nice for family stay.
The check in process was a hassle. Too many things need to be fill in. The house stated that a deposit needed to be paid for us to be able to check-in, in this case then should have make sure that every utilities is in good condition. The air conditioning is NOT WORKING IN EVERY ROOM (except for living room) WE ARE SWEATING DURING SLEEP NOT TO MENTION THE GRASS NEARBY THE POOL THERE’s a lot of CAT SHIT. If you wanna charge a high deposit please make sure that everything is perfect.
