Located in the north of the city, Valdeacederas is currently one of the most developed sectors in Madrid, thanks to its strategic proximity to the metro and bus interchange at Plaza de Castilla, the tranquillity it offers its residents and its interesting real estate and commercial offer.



This area of the city is also located very close to important sectors such as Chamartín and Tetuán, has good communication with the M-30 motorway and the city centre by public transport (with different buses and the Ventilla and Valdeacederas metro stations just minutes away) and is located very close to La Vaguada, one of the most important shopping centres in Madrid.



The apartment:



This cosy apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and has capacity for five guests.



Its avant-garde character combines a modern decoration with a loft-style design, which provides a pleasant personality to the entire accommodation. The lower floor integrates the living room and kitchen, providing comfort and practicality to the space. The living room has a Smart TV, an elegant dining table and a comfortable sofa bed with capacity for two people.



On the upper floor is the spacious bathroom with shower, the bright bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with a single bed.



The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.



The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established property protocols



To take into account:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
