Lovely apartment in a convenient location

Ideal location with many local shops nearby. The station is also right on the door step making it easy to travel across the city. The apartments itself is clean and spacious and ideal for short city stays.

Dishwasher tablets and laundry pods were not provided. Not enough toilet paper and kitchen roll for our stay.

Close to the train station and supermarket. Nice Big rooms.

The dishwasher was dirty and full when we came. The manager quickly came and took Care of it. The beds were very noisy, you couldn’t turn with out making a lot of noise

The only thing to note is that the entrance to the parking garage is quite low, so taller vehicles may have trouble fitting. It’s worth checking your car height in advance.

Great for family stay

It was clean and ready for our arrival. The apartment looks cozy and has enough space for 8 people. It was comfortable and one of the best stays for our family. And very close to the RER, there are no issues with traveling to the Paris center.

Getting to the parking lot was tricky. First you have to park on the street to get the keys and there was not much space to leave the car even for 5 minutes. Hopefully we didn't get fined 😕. Some hard to get places like ventilation and the space between the washing machine and the drawer require dust cleaning, but I'm being picky. One room heading the street was a bit noisy at night. Others were just fine, but don't forget to use electrical blinds to get rid of the blinking street light.

Hostel 간다는 생각으로 가시고 사진에 현혹되지 마세요. 무엇을 생각하든 기대 이하일 듯

RER 기차역과 가까움. 그외엔 ...

수건 1장으로 4일간 사용해야 하고, 수건도 비위생적인. 목욕 용품은 없으며, 침구류는 전혀 교체되지 않는 듯. 방음도 전혀되지 않음. 겉보기만 멀쩡해보임

Fijn apartement, goed gelegen en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Het huis was erg schoon, ruim en was van alle gemakken voorzien. De ondergrondse parkeergarage was super. En ook fijn dat er een lift aanwezig was. Daarnaast is het appartement zeer goed gelegen; in de straat heb je een supermarkt, groenteboer en bakker. Alles wat je nodig hebt om een aangenaam verblijf te hebben.

Visite

Nous avons aimé la taille du logement, les volumes agréable et les deux terrasses . La proximité du RER B à une minute de l'appartement et qui nous relie rapidement à la gare du Nord ou Châtelet Les Halles. Les commerces de proximité.

Attention si vous avez une voiture/ Van, camion 9 places... Le parking est en souterrain et ne permet pas de se stationner avec un véhicule hauteur max 2 mètres.

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement très confortable

La tranquillité, l’emplacement par rapport aux moyens de transport. La proximité des commerces. Appartement grand et fonctionnel

La pression de l’eau trop faible pour la douche. L’évier de la salle de bain était bouché, nous avons dû le déboucher. Chaleur excessive dans les pièces côté sud. Une climatisation ou bien des ventilateurs de plafond aurait été nécessaire. Certains oreillers sont à changer.

Prima verblijf voor een paar dagen Parijs

De accommodatie ligt op loopafstand van het station en je zit binnen een half uur in hartje Parijs. De auto kan in de garage geparkeerd worden. Complete keuken.
