Don’t book these property! Upon arrival, I was deeply disappointed and shocked by the condition of the property. I strongly believe that such a listing should be reviewed and possibly removed to protect future guests from a similar experience. I paid 652 Euro for three nights, but didn’t stay there at all. Quite spacious, but one of the stairs was damaged and really dangerous. We couldn’t allow the children up stairs because of this. There was also a light in the hall and landing on a sensor meaning we couldn’t turn it on or off when we wanted. A bit like staying in a hostel, or a shared house

This isn’t a detached property. There is another family living in it and their trash was all over the terrace and garden. Definitely not as described. Worst of all, we wrote to booking.com customer services but didn’t receive a reply. Very poor all round

Super propre, déco géniale, cuisine petite mais fonctionnelle (attention pas de lave vaisselle…) hôte sympathique et remise des clés facile / efficace. Grand espace derrière le portal pour garer jusqu’à 5 voitures facilement, très pratique.

Le logement est mitoyen ce qui fait qu’à partir de 22:00/23h, le moindre bruit nous a suscité des remontrances des voisins alors que nous étions réunis pour un événement familial avec enfants qui ont donc crié et pleuré, ceci est naturel et nous n’avons pas exagéré niveau bruit donc il faut le savoir avant de réserver et ne pas être déçus au vu du prix de la nuit pour ce logement.

La cour est un dépotoir La cuisine est minuscule et sous équipée le logement est infesté de moustiques et il y a une forte odeur d’humidité. Cet établissement ne devrait pas être proposé que booking

Escalier nombreux

A única coisa que gostei foi a localização, de resto um sítio muito mau frequentado. A casa está muito suja existiam cabelos por todo o lado, o quarto da direita tinha umas cuecas de senhora no chão, a cama sem lençol debaixo, a casa de banho de baixo tinha respingos de urina na tampa e pelos púbicos. Não tínhamos loiça para as 8 pessoas que alugamos, tivemos de nos revezar para comer, as janelas estavam todas sujas. O pior de tudo foi nesse mesmo quarto tinha imensas baratas pequenas, todas as noites tinha de trocar os lençóis e fronhas, além De aspirar o quarto e cama todas as noites, e colocar o spray para matar as baratas que existiam no apartamento. Concluindo, já visitei muitos sítios no mundo, e nunca tive num sítio com tão pouca higiene

La cortesia e la comodità

Éramos 3 adultos y 2 niños , decidimos alojarnos del 30 de dic al 5 de enero. La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Las habitaciones son amplias y los baños están bien. Si viajes en familia y quieres cubrir las necesidades de desayuno y cena para los más pequeños, está casa tiene todo lo necesario. La casa es de dos plantas , a una persona mayor igual la escalera le puede resultar un poco incomoda. La calefacción funciona muy bien, y los baños son completos. Las camas cómodas. A pesar de estar al final de la línea 7 de metro...si viajas desde el aeropuerto de beauvis ...el autobús te deja en porte de la villete...a 3 paradas de la casa en metro. Es un barrio residencial...son casitas...es importante tener en cuenta que es un barrio principalmente hindú y marroquí...en NINGUN MOMENTO NOS SENTIMOS INSEGUROS...el área no es muy limpia...y puedes encontrarlo un poco sucio. Tienes a 10 minutos un carrefour donde poder abastecerte de lo que necesites y tb alguna tienda de barrio. De la casa al centro tardas 30-35 minutos en metro...pero llegas directo a Opera, louvre y los principales puntos turisticos

Nos gustó todo en general. Nos semtimos muy a gusto tanto con la Limpieza, como las instalaciones. Si no te importa estar un poco alejado del centro...este lugar tiene una relacion calidad precio muy buena...mas viendo los precios para alojarse en Paris. , Si que es importante decir que debajo de la casa viven otras personas...y tienen tendal y otras cosas de almacenaje fuera en la calle, importante...no se las escucha ni se las siente.....
