-1 bedroom / queen bed and TV, closet space, ceiling fan + stand up fan if desired.

-Fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs.
-In unit wash and dryer for your laundry needs :)
-Pets are allowed (2max preferred unless otherwise discussed). A 1-time $89 pet fee per pet applies & helps cover additional cleaning.
Newly renovated, 1 bedroom, living area, full kitchen, tub/shower. Perfect for singles or a couple.
Guest have access to entire private space.
We take pride in our communication because just like in every day life and relationships, communication is key.
We are here for you and you will never feel alone or ignored. We respond via messages and we also have a phone number to reach us.
Furthermore; if you ever have anything emergent during your stay, we will see your message and call you right away.

-Must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay
-No more than 3 guests allowed without written/typed consent from the host
-We love hosting guests with their furry companions. A one-time $89 pet fee per pet applies and helps cover additional cleaning, including pet hair removal, to keep the home clean and comfortable for all guests.
-We kindly ask that pets stay off all furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. This helps us maintain a clean and comfortable space for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
-Excessive noise & loud music are not permitted - It is a quiet neighborhood…
Absolutely NO parties of any kind during your stay.
-Absolutely NO smoking of any kind. $500 fine.
-Do Not use fireplaces inside
– Candles and burning of incense are not permitted due to fire hazard
– Fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink for emergency purposes only.
-If anything seems out of the ordinary or of concern, please make sure to leave us a message. (i.e. any questions, concerns, or recommendations)–Much appreciated!
-Accidents happen; if something breaks, simply take a photo and share it with the host. A consequence for item(s) repayment for making zero contact with the host regarding the broken item(s) will be enforced. If upfront and honest, compromise and understanding will usually work in the guests’ favor.

The owners were very accommodating, which I really appreciated. My only issue was having to take a cold shower.
