About this house rental
Enjoy the cutest accommodations in town. This 1 bedroom duplex features one queen bed and a charming living room with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. Great for extended stays, this space includes a front load washer, dryer, and all kitchen essentials. It's perfectly located within walking distance from award-winning nightlife, grocery stores, restaurants, a local favorite record store/coffee shop/café, the delicious Shipley's donut shop, and the fantastic Hburg Zoo & Serengeti Springs Water Park.
Take advantage of the 24'x24' deck overlooking a private pond. It has a rural and scenic feeling unique to being located near the center of town. The front porch and back patio are shared space with the attached unit.
Our home is over 80 years old and though greatly cared for shows its age in some places. Expect to find some loving wear, quaint aging, and charming patina both inside and out.
A starter supply of essentials is provided for convenience including coffee/cream/sugar, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, lotion, and makeup remover wipes. These items are not restocked durning your stay.

Almost everything is remote control, and the unit was clean with plenty of amenities and a HUGE back porch. Our 2nd time staying here and we’d come back again!

Super cute house that was perfect for our quick trip to Hattiesburg! HUGE deck out back and the kitchen was larger than I anticipated. Bed slept well, nice hot water and great water pressure in the shower. Wouldn’t be optimal for someone who’s mobility impaired, as the bathroom was a tad tight and there’s no ramp to the front door, but we had a very pleasant stay and would stay here again!
