About this apartment rental
With over 19 years of hospitality experience, our local team is available daily from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with online guest support through Airbnb from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM every day.
Valentina Holbox is located halfway between the town center and Punta Cocos — a 15-minute beach walk to either one. There's a store just one block away, plus several restaurants and beach clubs nearby. The beach itself is about 30 seconds away, just a short block from your door.
Your casita is private as well as the private rooftop, just for you and your guests. You'll also have access to our shared garden with hammocks and shade, through a coded entrance to the compound.
The Penthouse at Valentina Holbox has a private rooftop terrace with sunrise, sunset, and sea views, one block from the beach.
The bedroom has a queen bed with a good cross breeze, air conditioning, and a spacious bathroom with hot water. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a four burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and complimentary coffee, tea, and purified water. A safe, iron, and hairdryer are also included.
Starlink Wi-Fi covers the unit, reliable for video calls or streaming.
Valentina Holbox was built around the island's natural landscape. We kept the native mangroves standing, installed a rainwater collection system, and kept our footprint small. The shared garden below has hammocks and shade, with local wildlife often passing through.
Important note on the neighborhood: construction on a nearby property runs Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm. We've installed sound-insulating windows, though some noise is still audible outdoors and occasionally inside. Our rates reflect this.
The island can be explored by bike, golf cart, taxi, or on foot. Bike and golf cart rentals are available from several nearby providers.
Please confirm your total guest count for accurate pricing. Electricity and phone service can occasionally be inconsistent on the island, typically returning within a few hours. After rain, sandy streets may flood — walking along the beach is usually the easier, prettier route into town.
