Welcome to the Marlin Houseboat. The ultimate waterfront getaway in the beautiful Cypress Cove Marina. With stunning views of the marina, easy access to the Mississippi River and just a short ride to the Gulf of Mexico. The Marlin is a perfect cozy houseboat for families and anglers alike.
Accommodations:
The Marlin Houseboat has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The houseboat comfortably sleeps six guests on the bottom bunks. Each room has two sets of twin bunk beds. Top bunks can be used for storage or additional bedding but please keep in mind space is limited.
Amenities:
The Marlin Houseboat features a fully stocked kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Pots, pans, utensils, a regular style coffee pot, stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, and a gas grill on the back deck make cooking a breeze. As you enjoy your meals on the deck, you’ll take in breathtaking views of the marina and the surrounding area. The houseboat also has a washer and dryer.
For added convenience, park your boat behind the houseboat or have your charter pick you up. You won’t have to worry about transportation during your stay. Please note that you’ll need to bring your own food and drinks.

Everything went smoothly and the houseboat was fantastic. Nice and clean, owners were very responsive to texts. No issues at all and would definitely recommend.
