Very nice compact 3 BR unit. Close to downtown Durham in neighborhood that appeared quite safe. Minimally furnished, but quite comfortable, especially the beds. Only thing missing was a Keurig; coffee is made in a 10-cup drip maker so not as convenient for 2-3 guests who like their coffee on awakening :)
