Landing Incredible Studio Courtyard

Excellent space and facilities. Took the apartment instead of our usual hotel stay because of lack of hotel availability for Duke University graduations and were glad we did. The Landings crew supplied everything we needed including things not mentioned in the booking process such as laundry pods, welcome snack pack, dishwasher tablets. In our case there was also a free car parking space in the basement (that could have been clearer in the booking process). Within downtown Durham so within walking distance of most of the city's central eating/drinking/entertainment area and a short drive to Duke University. Would happily recommend to anyone visiting Durham for more than a couple of days

A short explanation of the initial entry and key collection process before turning up would have been good. The process works well but knowing in advance what to expect would have been easier on our nerves after a long day of travel - especially when some reviews we had seen highlighted issues with entry. The registration process required for Landing properties is also problematic if you live outside the USA - the app and website don't allow phone numbers which are not USA based and a phone call to the Landing helpline is required.

The apartment was perfect. the location was also great for us,

The pool was dirty, covered with pollen and cold. It looked great in the pictures but not usable. There was a 6th floor terrace that they said we could use with our fob, and we tried several times but could not get in. We even asked the manager and they said it would work. We did not like the cold tone of the written communication with Landings; to simply assume the worst of your guests is sad and unappealing. We usually get a more friendly and warm welcome from our short term stays.

Perfect location. Very clean.

Area sometimes a bit loud. Pillows were quite big and made sleeping sometimes difficult.

Bright, clean, everything you need in the apartment. Security is great and close to many things!
