This modern townhouse in Silver Lake offers suburban tranquility near LA hotspots like Griffith Park and LA Live. Located in a quiet residential area with boutique dining and shopping, it features a private rooftop and a floor with two bathrooms, a master suite, and two bedrooms. Enjoy in-unit laundry, a balcony with views on the second level, a living area, and a kitchen island. Home includes a grassy outdoor space, and a 2-car garage in a secure gated community with pool and jacuzzi access.
** The 3rd bedroom is currently unfurnished but can be furnished with bed and other furniture or used as an office per your liking. Please note your preference and we will accommodate you :) This also goes for the private rooftop terrace - it is currently unfurnished but we can furnish it with patio furniture and a fire pit if you would like - just let me know!
*There will be one woman roommate who lives on the bottom floor with her own separate bathroom. She is very quiet and a filmmaker so will keep to herself or can be a host to answer any questions as needed. You will have full privacy on your own floor with the 3 rooms and rooftop.
