Beautiful house and great location.

Property is as presented. Great space indoor and out. Well equipped kitchen. Dock, deck, etc are great. Having VIP Pizza and Sharky’s Bar next door was great on one hand - we ate there and it was excellent. Sharky’s Bar had live music Friday and Saturday night. It’s pretty loud even inside the house and there is a lot of boat traffic coming in and out. Music did end by 11 or 12 so it wasn’t all night.

We had a wonderful time at the house. Everything was as we expected and we felt the pictures were very accurate. Loved the location and the dock. An upgraded ladder for easier water exits would be our only wish. We were pleased to find the master and 1 additional bedroom and bath on the main level. You might consider updating your description to reflect that.Mark
