Upstairs in the cozy loft, you'll find a luxurious King bed, ample storage, and a dedicated desk space for work or relaxation. This is the ultimate home base for exploring Denver, with every convenience right at your doorstep!

Dine & Cook: The dining area sits behind the couch with a table that comfortably seats four, complemented by two additional stools at the kitchen counter. Moving further in, the updated, fully stocked kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures. It features a full-size glass-top range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Start your day right with the Keurig coffee maker, complete with complimentary coffee, cream, and sugar.
Convenience: Down the hall, you'll find a combined washer/dryer equipped with detergent pods and dryer sheets.

Bathroom: Just past the laundry area is the beautifully renovated bathroom, featuring clean white countertops and a tiled stand-up shower. It’s fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for a hassle-free stay.
The Loft: Up the carpeted stairs, the private loft space awaits. The open design provides a beautiful view of the high ceilings and sunlit living area below, giving the entire space an airy, open feel.
Work Space: At the top of the stairs, a dedicated work-from-home desk and high-speed Wi-Fi keep you connected. A partition behind the desk offers added privacy and light-blocking.
Sleep Space: Behind the desk, you'll find a cozy King bed with plenty of pillows and extra blankets for a restful night. While there's no traditional closet, a metal rack with coat hangers and shelving is provided for your clothing and shoes.

This unit offers fully self check-in, with an access code provided for the front door. You’re welcome to park on the street in front of the building or in our parking lot to the left by the flower mural. Although the lot is marked for 2-hour parking, this restriction is not enforced.

Great place in a fun little neighborhood! Super easy access to downtown Denver and Olde Town Arvada. Very clean and comfortable with a great kitchen and a unique vibe - loved the garage door access!

Only two issues…1) bathroom is down stairs which makes the midnight vigil to the bathroom a bit annoying. 2) there were some loud and vulgar teens one night arguing and fighting outside the property. (Not the fault of the owner…but somewhat disconcerting). Try the bakery next door as well as the coffee/wine shop and bbq restaurant all within a 30 second walk.
