This property is new, fresh, clean and fun! It hosted our family graduation celebration with all of the promised amenities, and the outstanding service was a bonus! The location was so close to downtown and UT, and this was one of the few houses that accommodated our party of 10 with lots of extra beds and space to spare. Thanks so much Gary for such a wonderful experience and amazing memories!

We had 12 guys stay at this VRBO for a bachelor party. it was clean and as the pictures showed. Gary was really on it with communication, very responsive and was nice enough to accommodate an early check in, the pool and backyard were nice and private, the beds were comfortable. Gary’s rules were reasonable. Location wise, it was a safe street about two miles from the main bar streets in Austin, we lime scootered everywhere, about a 20-25min lime to rainy and 6th street or 10 min uber. There are some local food options near the house. I would say my only suggestions would be to just improve WiFi cause phone service wise it’s a bit of dead zone and get bigger TVs. We’d definitely come back and stay again. Thanks Gary!

We wanted to park our rental car in the garage but the garage isn't completely enclosed. One wall is missing, anyone off the street can walk into the garage area.

Beautiful house with a nice open layout. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Cute space with lots of nice touches. The host was friendly and quick to respond to my inquiries. Location was very good for us! Highly recommend. We enjoyed our stay.
