- No Smoking inside the property. If you are found to be smoking inside the property it will result in a $1,000 fine
- No parties at all. If you are found to be throwing any party with unauthorized guests, you will be fined $2,000
- If you bring a pet please pick up after them. Each pile of fecal droppings left in the yard will result in a $30 fee per pile.
- No shoes indoors
- No pets on white furniture
- Don’t pour grease down the drain
- Can invite up to 6 registered guests for a small, quiet gathering
- No unregistered overnight guests
- Report any damages or maintenance needs ASAP
