This home is lovely. It is small, but cozy. Everything is well-decorated, clean, and is excellent condition. My one note is that the second bedroom is in a loft. It is really cute and accessed by the spiral staircase. The problem is that the heat rises into that loft. There are no AC vents or windows and the small fan wasn't enough to make it comfortable. It was too hot for us to sleep up there. My son had to sleep on the floor of the living room instead of on the comfortable bed.If we were here in the fall I would have given a 5 start rating.

Stayed there for a night before the Indianapolis 500 and it was perfect.

Amazing place to stay! Had everything you could think of plus more. They really went above and beyond with this VRBO. Can’t wait to stay again!

Overall nice property, good location, Kitchen had everything we needed. The upstairs loft did not have AC and it was hot - a small fan moved hot air and was less than ideal for sleeping. Would not stay again if weather is warm and need second bed. We bought more fans to use at night but it didn’t help much. Would probably be ok in the winter but would not recommend during warm weather!
