We wanted a place to stay with our 4 year old grandson while his mother recovered from surgery. This house was perfect for all of our needs: kid friendly, close to many places, well stocked supplies, very clean. The pool was a special treat for our grandson. Beds were super comfortable. The few questions were had for the host were answered quickly including extending our stay a few extra days. We highly recommend this property.

Yes…there are peacocks walking around this neighborhood!We have been coming to Tampa for years to visit family…we were thrilled to find this newly remodeled house recently listed just a five minute walk from our niece’s house. It was clean and modern and very comfortable. The pool is as nice as pictured online!This house is convenient to downtown Tampa, the Riverwalk, the airport, Busch Gardens and the nicest mall in Tampa. St. Pete’s and Clearwater are a short drive away for museums and beach activities (we rented a deck boat to spend the day on the Intracoastal and the Gulf!). We loved Taco Dirty and pizza from Sam & Eddie’s.We had on little issue with the AC but the host was super-responsive and had it up and running before the house could warm up. Problems are inevitable at any house - so good to know this owner is on it!Planning to rent here again next year!
