Unique 3 Bedroom Tampa Home w/ Pool+Jacuzzi

This is a great place! Almost everything you need is provided. We loved the pool, hot tub and back yard. Beds, showers, washer and dryer were updated and quality. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Hot water could be a bit hotter, but, understand the considerations made on such subjects. It's in a nice neighborhood, close to great restaurants, night life, groceries, etc. Host was responsive to our questions and concerns. VRBO, or someone could have been better at providing some help at times. Instructions on operating some things, or help with changing my dates, some things I couldn't get done through the app, etc. Overall, I could have stayed a long time!

Amazing! A quick Lyft to/from Tampa onference center, this place has all the lixuries of a mini-resort. The group of 5 (adults) were perfectly comfortable. The pool and hot tub were awesome... I should just move in.😀 The host was very communicative and helpful.

Our stay was good, just a couple things. One of the shower tubs was not clean at all so the kids use the master bathroom to shower. The pool and hot tub we’re not clean not even during our stay even though the guy in charge told us they get clean twice a week, we were there for 6 nights. Also, one day seems like someone was there and we were not notified about. Kids had fun in the pool just a little optical about staying here again..

We really love the property. It was very clean and comfortable. Five minutes away from downtown. Very easy to navigate around. The only thing that would improve the property. may be a little more maintenance on the hot tub and a small patio set outside to have more seating area and be able to eat outside. All in all we can’t wait to stay there again two thumbs up. The manager chris was very attentive to make sure we got in OK and checked in on us.
