We had a great stay. The house was so cute! Everything we wanted for our girls getaway. Comfortable beds and a great jacuzzi for morning and evening chats.

Communication was easy and well prepared for visiting. House had a lot character. Kitchen was very nice.

The property was not what was pictured on the rental site. No real driveway, yard not kept up, spiderwebs and wasp nest on the front porch. We were excited for the hot tub but realized soon after it was not usable and the water was dirty, which was a huge disappointment. The interior of the house probably was a beautiful property once upon a time, but it was not kept up with broken faucets, and fridge handle falling off. One of our main concerns was the cellar access door in the backyard was wide open to any person or animal to gain access to the basement. We had one door that was locked with just a key lock that lead to that basement, which did not make us feel secure. The house was also very musty smelling. Overall, I would not rent this property again unless it's been properly taken care of. I did reach out to SunnyDays management throughout our stay and in the end, they did apologize profusely and gave us back some compensation. It could be a very nice property so I really hope it's fixed up for the next renters.
