The vacation apartment Appartamento 'Margherita' is located in Venice and is the
ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 90-m2 property consists of: a
living room with a sofa bed for 2 people; a well-equipped kitchen; two bedrooms
and a bathroom. This apartment can accommodate a total of 6 people. Additional amenities
include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart
TV with streaming services, air conditioning, and a washing machine. This vacation rental
has two private balconies for relaxing evenings. Pets are not allowed,
smoking is not allowed inside, and parties cannot be organized. The property
has a convenient self check-in system. Inside the apartment you have the
opportunity to enjoy the panoramic terrace with a view of Mestre's Clock Tower.
The latter is the main tourist attraction the city offers, along with the historic center

two train stations and only need one bus. If you arrive by car, finding us
in a pedestrian area you cannot park your vehicle in the immediate vicinity of the
apartment but you can park in the adjacent spots for a fee. Once you get out you
find yourself enveloped in the atmosphere of the historic center, where with a walk of a few minutes
you arrive at your destination. You can choose to cross the main road or walk through the
park, thus enjoying the surrounding nature. The area is also well served by various means of
transportation, with which you can easily reach the wonders of Venice.
