Serene Church Hill Apartment | Prime Spot

We stayed here for two weeks and had a fantastic experience! The apartment is compact but highly efficient, sparkling clean, and features a fantastic bathroom. We used the kitchen every morning for breakfast, and having a generous supply of laundry detergent for the in-unit washer/dryer was a huge plus for a longer stay.The Church Hill location is incredibly walkable, though we also made great use of our rental car. The neighborhood dining is unmatched. We enjoyed a memorable anniversary dinner at Grisette, excellent drinks at Alewife and Emerald Lounge, and a lovely outdoor dinner at The Hill Cafe. We also highly recommend visiting Garnett's in The Fan neighborhood, especially for their happy hour! Another major highlight of our trip was catching some baseball. We absolutely loved going to see the Richmond Flying Squirrels play and went to two games. The new CarMax Stadium is an incredible, high-energy venue and a ton of fun.Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in/out was seamless. As a small piece of constructive feedback for long-term stays: we did have to buy extra toilet paper, so future guests might want to pack a few extra rolls. That minor detail aside, this is an excellent, well-managed place to stay in Richmond. Highly recommended, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great location and comfortable place to stay! We enjoyed our stay at this place. It was quiet and comfortable. Easy access to food and fun! We plan to stay at this place again!

This property is convenient if you are in Richmond and need to work for a couple of weeks. It is not a great vacation spot as it has no patio, views, etc. But it is a perfect spot if you need a quiet, safe place to stay. There are several nearby restaurants that are terrific; and adjacent Libby Park is a sweet place to have your morning coffee. The apartment is clean, comfy and well stocked.
