Le logement est très bien situé au sein de la Médina, facilement accessible depuis les portes de celle-ci. Le logement est exceptionnel, c'est une magnifique maison traditionnelle, la décoration est splendide et les moulures le sont tout aussi, il y a un grand puit de lumière au plafond qui permet une grande luminosité. La cuisine est très bien équipée ainsi que tout le reste du logement. La terrasse est absolument splendide permettant de profiter d'une vue imprenable sur l'ensemble de la ville. Le logement est exactement conforme aux photos et est encore plus beau en vrai ! De plus, Samira la propriétaire nous a accueilli merveilleusement avec du thé et des gâteaux délicieux malgré notre arrivée tardive, Samira nous a donné de très bons conseils concernant les endroits à visiter et elle est également très disponible et d'adapte en fonction des besoins. Nous avons passés 5 Jours magnifiques dans cette maison ! Nous vous la recommandons vivement !

Samira was a wonderful host, and I couldn't be more thrilled that I was able to stay at her property. In fact, I only booked for one night, but loved the location and property so much that I booked a second. To speak anthropomorphically, Dar Zaz is a home, not a hotel or a hostel. It is centrally located near the Blue Gate and sandwiched on a side street off of shops that offer more than just tourist paraphernalia (although that's there for you, if that's your thing), but also shops for toiletries, food, and other bric-a-brac necessities. You're also a very short walk from the Hammam Spa which was glorious. Dar Zaz was a respite after days of travelling through the country by car. Every artifact in the home is clearly selected carefully to not only provide comfort, but also a sense of Moroccan beauty. The property itself has modern amenities (finally, a washing machine), a rooftop terrace that is very private feeling, plenty of shower/bathroom space, comfortable beds, all the outlets worked, and it was impeccably clean. I made a fateful error of not being able to collect my keys at the time I originally requested, and Samira kindly stayed and waited for me with tea and pleasant conversation. Honestly it was my first real conversation in over a week of travel and I was so glad to have it. She is a wealth of knowledge about her city, and you should soak in as much as you can. There's nothing more to say other than enjoy your stay.

A proprietária foi muito atenciosa, prestativa e de fácil comunicação. Nos recebeu com chá e biscoitos e nos deu várias dicas e recomendações úteis. A casa é espaçosa e muito bem localizada, próxima de comércios, atrações e restaurantes. Como contraponto, a região pode ser barulhenta.

O imóvel possui ótimas avaliações, mas infelizmente tivemos alguns problemas durante nossa estadia. A casa estava com cheiro de esgoto, o ralo de uma das duchas não escoava bem a água e a limpeza não parecia adequada para pessoas com rinite alérgica. Ao ser informada, a proprietária foi extremamente solícita e se dispôs a ir até a casa mesmo sendo perto das 23h. Ficou combinado que, na manhã seguinte, ela enviaria alguém para resolver o problema e uma faxineira para reforçar a limpeza. No entanto, preferimos encurtar nossa estadia e, por isso, não chegamos a acompanhar a resolução dos problemas
