Ismail was very friendly person. He was always there to help me throughout the stay. The room felt so cozy. Great location overall. I had a great time.

Excellent location. Close to the main tourist areas in the heart of the old city of Fez. The riad’s hosts: Ismail and Afaf are amazing people. Always ready with a smile to help you and make your stay comfortable. Beautiful traditional interior design with modern amenities. Very comfortable bed with cosy covers. Free delicious mint tea served whenever you wanted. Breathtaking panoramic views from the roof terrace where a traditional breakfast is served. Absolutely loved the experience and would recommend it to anyone visiting Fez.
Shower and wash basin felt a bit cramped and too close to the toilet. The bidet would’ve been better to be placed on the right side. Not suitable for people with weak knee issues going up and down the steep stairs inside the riad. More traditional Moroccan dishes for breakfast would probably be a better experience.

Es un riad absolutamente magnífico, agradable y bastante económico, que además está situado prácticamente encima de una de las plazas más hermosas y características del lugar; habitación fresca y confortable, con nevera y TV (algo por lo general no muy común en los riads); cama limpia, ancha y tremendamente cómoda; desayuno fabuloso, enmedio de unas vistas colosales y alucinantes sobre los tejados y minaretes de la zona baja de la medina; realmente, un establecimiento encantador regentado por Ismaïl, un chico muy servicial que, además, me hizo unos cuantos favores a título personal. Recomiendo este lugar a todo el mundo pues, francamente, creo que habrá más bien pocos riads en la medina de semejante calidad relación/precio.

l'accueil était très sympathique, nous avons récupéré les clefs assez rapidement. l'hôtel a beaucoup de charme, est très bien entretenu et est très bien situé, en plein cœur de la médina.
l'espace des salle d'eau est un peu exigu malheureusement concernant certaines chambres du moins. il n'est pas très pratique de prendre sa douche sur le cabinet de toilette et encore moins hygiénique.
