Close Enough to Perfect Luxurious 4 Bedroom Cabin with Game Room & Stunning Views

Everything was absolutely perfect. And it’s even more beautiful in person than the pictures.

Honestly, we had zero complaints from anyone in our group!

The location is absolutely perfect- stunning views and very close to Gatlinburg. The property was easy to access and well stocked as far as appliances, games, amenities, kitchen supplies and more. Truly incredible layout to have 4 full sized master suites with soaker tubs and showers. The decks were perfect, the hot tub was good (although needed a cleaning/the water could use a better chemical balance), and the bunk beds were perfect for the kids.

The hot tub definitely needed to be cleaned. There were some leaks in the glass sliding doors on the upper level (there was a really intense storm the last night of our stay and water was pouring in by the next morning).

The view was amazing. It was spacious enough for the 10 of us and everyone loved the game room! Would definitely come again.

It was a little confusing getting there with all the twists and turns going up the mountain, but once we were there a while, we got used to it.

The chalet stayed hot because of the windows and direct sunlight all day. There are drapes in the bedroom so I'm not sure why you don't have them in the family room. Tv placed on wall where you look directly into sunlight all day. Could benefit greatly from curtains or window tint in family room. No coffee provided. Advertised this state of the art coffee maker but not a single pod or packet of coffee. Even cheap hotels provide coffee. No shower caps, no body lotion. No towel hooks on back of doors to hang towels - a bit important in a chalet that sleeps 12 and a hot tub. Where do you put all the towels after showering? Tvs in bedrooms are basic cable. No apps available like the tv in living area. Boo. Next- our last night we came back from an ATV tour in the mountains to no running water. We were all filthy ready to shower and cook dinner and couldn't do either. This really put a kinky on the plans for our final evening. Had to call maintenance which put us behind for the evening. My husband had to go out in the dark to help the maintenance man because there was no lighting and the maintenance guy had problems finding the source of the water problem. We had to run back and forth inside turning on faucets for the maintenance guy. At the very least we should receive some a discount for this issue. I sent an email to complain and of course they are "looking into the complaint". What would have been nice is someone to say hey since you were inconvenienced by the no water problem, let's give you a later check out. You sure would have charged me if I stayed an extra hour over check out - but didn't offer anything to accommodate the problem. Terrible parking!!! For a rental of this size you need a better thought out parking area. The grill is on the back deck with no cover if it rains and again, grill in the direct sun all day.
