The apartment is large, with beautiful balcony, located 3 minutes from the pedestrian center and close to the main road that takes you to the beaches on the island. It also has a parking lot which is very useful. The rooms have air conditioning in each room, the kitchen is equipped, and the washing machines is a plus. Across the road there is a place with a good home-made food, and a supermarket 3 minutes walk away. The beds are comfortable and the linen is changed every few days. It is a good choice for Skiathos, and it could be perfect if they solved the few problems, keeping the quality-price ratio. The communication with the host was good, they are welcoming.

The cleaning should have been more rigorous, especially in the bathroom at the sink and toilet. The toilet has some clogging problems, which should be solved from the connection. The recommendation would be that the entire bathroom should undergo a renovation, because the bathtub also needs replacing. The Internet exists, but it is non-functional, I mean you see it, you access it, but to use it you have to be a very very patient person. The air conditioning in the children's bedroom needs to be sanitized because it gives off an unpleasant smell.

In genere in un'appartamento puoi organizzarti come vuoi. La colazione ce la preparavamo noi così come qualche volta il pranzo e la cena. La posizione dell'appartamento è veramente strategica e gli ambienti sono climatizzati. Parcheggio gratuito davanti casa e in cinque minuti a piedi si raggiunge comodamente la via pedonale del centro ed il porto. Nelle vicinanza, raggiungibile sempre a piedi, c'è un supermercato ben fornito, un locale che prepara pietanze cotte per il take away con menù giornaliero sempre diverso, un negozio che vende articoli sanitari ed il punto medico sanitario di emergenza. Zona molto tranquilla e il buon Giorgio e sua moglie sono stati sempre presenti e pronti a soddisfare le nostre richieste.

Nella struttura non abbiamo trovato i piatti fondi, uno specchio e una abat jour nelle camere. Per il resto c'era tutto l'occorrente per un buon soggiorno.

The apartment is very clean, spacious & ideally located just a 5 minute walk into the town therefore quiet at night. Very comfortable beds & air con ensuring we slept very well each night. All bedding & towels were changed midweek which was great. The owners are attentive & helpful, always there by phone if you need them but do not bother you if you don’t need any help. They kindly booked a taxi to the airport on our last day. The supermarket is just a 3 minute walk away & a very good takeaway has just opened across the road. Also a family taverna (Giannis) is just around the corner, serving delicious Greek food. We would highly recommend staying in this apartment for an unforgettable holiday.
