Our stay at this accommodation was truly memorable. The property is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and conveniently located close to the town, with easy access to the beaches thanks to the nearby bus service. One of the highlights was the daily housekeeping. Everything was kept spotless throughout our stay, and the level of care and attention to detail was impressive. It is clear that a great deal of effort and passion has gone into creating such a welcoming place. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, while the sofa was remarkably comfortable. What made our experience even more special was the warm hospitality. We felt genuinely welcomed and at home from the moment we arrived. The friendly atmosphere and personal touch made a lasting impression on us. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. We would be delighted to stay here again in the future and would happily recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Skiathos

Sicuramente il lato positivo della struttura è il fatto che è nuova. Pulizia svolta quotidianamente. Check’in mattina presto.

Ma talmente tanto nuova che era un cantiere a cielo aperto, descrizione fuorviante in quanto solo un piano della struttura è finito. Nella descrizione indicava anche la presenza di un giardino; risultato inesistente (se per giardino si intende un ammasso di terra e calcinacci con dieci motorini in fila, in stile autorimessa, allora c’era). La camera è comunque ben curata ma mancano elementi essenziali, quali una cassaforte, uno specchio… Nota importante è che la struttura non dispone di persiane/avvolgibili, perciò, se la mattina uno che è in vacanza vuole dormire, ne è impossibilitato a causa della grande luce che entra dalla finestra. Anche nella terrazza fuori, con vista altri palazzi un po’ fatiscenti, manca una tettoia, creando un caldo nelle ore mattutine incredibile, perciò non abbiamo potuto usufruire della terrazza nelle ore diurne. L’host non si è mai visto, di conseguenza non ci è stato chiesto neanche un documento (non so quanto sia regolare.) inoltre, tutte le volte che lo abbiamo contattato per messaggio, ha sempre tardato a rispondere, anche fino a un giorno. Complessivamente mi sembra che la struttura sia stata aperta quest’anno in fretta e furia solamente per incassare soldi, non so, secondo me sarebbe stato meglio aspettare che l’intero palazzo fosse stato costruito.
