Honestly we were blown away by how big the apartment was. It was perfectly clean and gave us way more room to chill than a normal hotel. It is tucked away from the busy parts of town so it is super quiet at night. Highly recommend it if you want your own space to relax.

Love the location: it’s nice and peaceful, with lovely exterior design. The staff at the reception are super nice, kind and helpful. Seems very safe and secure. The mini-market in the complex has good prices and items. The person cleaning the apartment (his name is Paha) was super nice, and did a great job of cleaning the apartment every day (the small tips I left daily might have helped, though).

I felt cheated in regards to the apartment I was in. I booked a nice 78m2 apartment with big bathroom, bathtub, sea view, balcony etc. I stayed in it for one night (and really loved it!), but then I was transferred to a much smaller (like 40-50m2?) and worse apartment, with super small bathroom (maybe 1.5m2? – barely enough space to turn). The explanation I was given was that they had some problem with electricity (nothing that I noticed) and that they needed 2-3 days to fix it. I stayed there for 12 nights, and never got back to the original apartment (I asked daily if the problem was fixed). Not sure I trust their explanation. The management made no offer to reduce the price. They offered me a choice of 2 other apartments, but these were in very bad condition. Booking.com support ignored my complaints. Other issue I had was the cleanliness of the bed sheets (I think they have a problem with the cleaning service they use for washing) – all the sheets had some small stains and hairs, even though Paha changed them daily. On the first day, he changed 7 (!) sheets, and at the end I took the one with the least amount of stains. To be precise, we are talking about 1-3 stained blots on the sheet – nothing too disturbing, but also not clean. The WiFi didn’t work – I hoped I’d return to the original apartment each day, so I never complained about the WiFi – I just used my 4G on the phone.
