Tout était très bien organisé : un bon accueil et une service excellent. Les sauveteurs de la piscine et de la plage méritent un 10/10 ; toute notre reconnaissance. Le personnel de la réception était extrêmement respectueux, tout comme les employés du restaurant et de la plage. Cependant, un seul point nous a déplu : la dame qui s'occupe de la coiffure (près de la plage et de la piscine) a insisté pour coiffer nos filles alors que nous comptions encore nous piscine 🏊 , ce qui allait inévitablement gâcher la coiffure. Elle a alors promis de la refaire gratuitement avant notre départ. Or, lorsque nous sommes retournés la voir, elle a exigé de nouveau la moitié du prix. C'est tout simplement inadmissible et cela nuit à la réputation de l'hôtel... كل شىء كان منظم وجيد جدا،،، استقبال جيد ،،، وخدمة ممتازة،،، منقذين حمام السباحة والشاطئ 10/10 كل التقدير….. فريق الاستقبال قمة الاحترام ،،، وجميع العمال فى المطعم والشاطىء،،،، شكرا جزيلاً 🫶🏻

شىء واحد لم يعجبنا المدام التى تعمل فى الكوافير على الشاطىء وحمام السباحة كان هناك اصرار على عمل شعر بناتى على الرغم أننا ما زلنا فى الإقامة الفندقية والسباحة وهذا سيفسد شعرهم فقالت قبل المغادرة سأعيده بدون مقابل€،،،، ذهبنا لها قبل المغادرة طلبت نصف الأجر مرة ثانية ،،،، قمة المهزلة وعمل سمعة سيئة للفندق…

The location is nice, it's beachfront. Staff were cooperative, came whenever we called for them. Sea is very rocky but if you can swim, there's a coral reef near the safety line. (Sea boots recommended) Food was passable, quite good. Had a city-view room, wasn't as noisy as I read, had good sleep. (Might be noisy if race bikes go by tho)

In the pictures, the building showing "Hurghada Dreams" hotel which is not this one, this one is called "Moon Beach". No one knows about "Vision Suites". They agreed to early check-in at 10am, upon arrival told me that there's no availability and had to stay till 2pm to get the room. Drinks are awful, using one packet of "Tang" to make a whole container instead of two cups, basically water with sugar (tasteless). And no variety for drinks. No fresh drinks either. Food needs more variety for proteins, and restaurant is so understaffed, needs more organization. Bathroom didn't have any toilet paper and no lights. The room on booking.com that I reserved had 1 king bed, 2 single beds AND a sofa bed, however there wasn't any sofa beds in the room. Towels weren't clean enough so are the plates for food. There aren't enough towels on the beach for all guests. Swimming pools need more cleaning. TV screen is very small for the room size and of poor image quality.
