Love the old building; staff was great, and the campus was very nice. Got lucky with free on-street parking which was very safe and convenient.
Outdated kitchen and hot water closet doors were broken and caved in. Foyer floor broken. Bathrooms were super small and towels were threadbare. But CLEAN.

Great location. Attentive by host.
Lack of silverware. Blinds in back bedroom very dirty. Bathroom floor behind toilet not clean. The chase part of sofa needs reinforcing. The cabinets nobs need tightened. Would have been nice to have a paper on the counter with all the information he kept emailing to us.
