We may ask for a photo ID for guest screening, and if you’re using the garage, we’ll need your car info too.
Quiet hours are 10PM to 7AM — and no parties, please! This is a residential building and we want to respect the neighbors.
No smoking or hanging out in shared areas. (Any evidence of a party or smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 fee.)
We have a pet fee of $150 for the extra cleaning.
We take house rules seriously. Security is on-site 24/7 and there are hallway cameras + a Minut/NoiseAware device inside the unit (this only monitors noise levels, no audio recording).
All bookings are manually reviewed and may be canceled if flagged as high-risk — but if you’re here to enjoy the city and relax, you’re more than welcome!

What’s a great stay! After being on the road for two weeks prior to arriving, it was wonderful to see such a lovely apartment for my next four days in Cleveland! The water pressure in the shower was so much better than my previous three hotels! The bed was incredibly comfy and I thoroughly enjoyed to deck off the upstairs bedroom with my morning coffee! The parking under the building was fantastic, loved that it was a coded entry!! Great location, too! Who wouldn’t want a bar and grill on one side and pizza joint right next door?! Easy drive to the art museum and over to West Side Market! Anna has a wonderful place and she’s delightful to work with! Overall, everything was great!

Host was great. Place just seemed more on the ghetto side. Fire alarm went off for no reason, & the steps up to the bedroom was too long.
