The views were exceptional, the apartment was clean and mostly comfortable. We chose it for location and accessibility (the elevator was helpful for my parents). Felt very safe. Appliances were great, large air fryer and wash and dry washing machine.
One room is quite small, with a window that faces a communal corridor so ackward to leave open (one way film on the window would be a good addition). It needs a larger bin for waste and instructions for the stove. Surrounding area can be abit noisy at times.
